Replaces Dragan's suit with an Olive-charcoal suit based on his suit seen in "The Bomb" trailer, and a tie from Agent Cooper of Twin Peaks fame to reflect on his Police background.

Includes two versions, one with a solid tie, and one with a striped tie. Only install one.
