Makes the main menu look spookier by adding a new background, new clouds and birds particles, comes with an ambient soundtrack that replaces "This is our time", simply delete "soundbanks" folder if you don't want it.
NOTE: This doesn't remove the "PAYDAY 2" logo, i've used "Poser" mod to get rid of it.
To install this, put the "Spooky_Background" folder you unzipped in "X:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides", if "mod_overrides" doesn't exist, create the folder yourself and then put it there.
