Modifies several aspects of the hostage escort mechanic in an attempt to provide less of a psychotic civilian-murderer experience when playing this heisting game.

• Maximum number of following hostages is now 3.
  
• Hostages maximum follow distance changed from 20m to 200m (i.e. hostages won't just lie down if you walk a little too fast/far for them).
  
• Hostages follow threshold from 5m to 2m (i.e. hostages follow you more closely).
  
• Hostages move 1.5x as fast.
