Removes the the driver's restrictive neck brace that gets applied when getting into vehicles, allowing drivers to look in all directions in order to:

• verify for presence of passengers
  
• back up safely
  
• be more aware of your surroundings while driving
  

This mod should work with any vehicle you can drive.
