Because sometimes you get downed a lot but still regen too fast (#GrinderOP),
this small script lets you use the doctor bag with a full health bar (be it from FAKs or regen).

Of course you still can't heal if you haven't been downed.

Inb4 cheat or whatever : HoxHud does this.
