Fubuki, Sazanami, Samidare, Murakumo and Inazuma pick up the paintings with Kongou, Hiei, Kinugasa and Kawakaze.
I don't know if I accidentally pressed F9 during the loading screen and crashed my game like that, but just in case go through Framing Frame Normal and see if you crash between day 1 and 2.
It should only happen once if it does crash, otherwise I did a fuck up while trying to record the video the first time.
