This is an update of Sandman's hitbox mod (viewable here) that's compatible with Update 104. It's been completely remade from scratch and shouldn't have any issues with models getting corrupted.

• Shoot enemies in the arms and legs! No longer shall your bullets magically pass through.
  
• Wound Instantly kill a civilian by shooting him in the leg! Just like Dallas in the trailer!

Q: How do I install this?
A: Check the readme included with the mod.

Q: Didn't you steal this mod?
A: No. I helped out with the original mod.

Q: The game updated and there's more civilians/enemies. Are you going to update this?
A: Yes, whenever I'm not being lazy as soon as I've extracted the files for that update.

Q: How much damage does an arm/leg shot do?
A: Same as body shot damage. I haven't modified any values for this.

Q: Does this work online?
A: Yes.

Q: This is cheating.
A: Refer to this post from an Overkill employee on the subject of hitboxes.

Notes
This does not modify the hitboxes for these enemies:

• Shields (would allow them to be shot from the front)
  
• Winters/Phalanx (they are also shields)
  
• Bulldozers (causes desync issues)
