An old bank alarm sound replacement.

If I remember correctly, some of the heists that use it, have the sound distorted and screechy.
I never figured out how to fix that issue, but if there is anyone who is familiar with audio editing, that knows how to fix it, please notify me by commenting below or sending me a pm.
