from experience of posting one(1) music mod - not really. music mods require a link, and you can't link a game's source code.
if you post it elsewhere(read youtube) first and then publish it here, it should work tho.
Source is usually links, it just gives us info about where the song is from quicker. You can provide source as exact song name + game you took it from. Make the source clear though so moderators don't automatically reject the mod.
