I just found this rather neat mod (https://modworkshop.net/mod/13730) that replaces the SWAT Taser with a PD:TH Taser replica, and would have really wanted to have it for the ZEAL taser as well, but unfortunately it only replaces the SWAT taser and not the ZEAL variant. Theoretically it could be done since other people managed to port custom models for enemy units, though I couldn't manage to compile the necessary files to "reverse-engineer" it to spawn for the ZEAL variant.
