[Need help] Cant change enemy Taser charging sound

sound name is 208969068.stream

im trying to change the Taser charging sound with a longer audio and a shorter audio but non of them work , this only make charging sound mute or very very short sound can be hear

i did cloaker chase and death sound before , they all worked very nice but i dont know why changing taser charging didnt work at all

anyone know how to do it please help me

32000 Hz sample rate, 1.462 second length mono (I just did and it worked... sort of)

Wow , i just changed it to mono and now it work very nice
