Im willing to assume that RAID modding will have very tight modding restrictions given the already existing censorship on MWS and it's restriction in Germany (and probably Australia).
This all depends on how we handle mods with nazi content and how we decide to balance it in the system.
LGL gave their response to modding in a recent stream.
"We support it and we are happy for people to support our game."
Modding support won't come for a while after launch if I heard correct.
Same as Payday 2 then..
They'll likely to sort out problen on their launch version first, then maybe modding stuff
