Challenge decks are designed to lock out skills and gear, to the perk deck system, and provide several options to change up your gameplay.
Kilmer Aced - I can't deal without running and reloading
Cat Burglar - I love not taking obscene amounts of damage for jumping off small heights.
Run and Gun basic - Movement speed
Sprinter - Movement speed
Adrenaline - Grinder stuff
Dopamine - Grinder stuff
Shotgun Impact Aced - Shotguns become slightly more usable.
Shotgun CQB basic - Shotguns become much more usable.
Inspire Aced - get the fuck up

Inspire, 400-pound gorilla, Man of Iron, Bulletproof, Shockproof, Euphoria, Life Drain, Giant Strength and Point Break. Basically Unkillable, except from cloackers. You could probably also swap Bulletproof for something else if you always carry a shotgun. (probably clean hit)
