Updates the title screen/ splash menu with official art of the latest characters added to the game.

This mod kinda already exists on Gamebanana, but the mod creator was being pretty picky on the quality of the image, and hasn't updated it. So i've stepped in to do so.

The original image was 4K, and has been resied and stretched slightly to conform to standard texture sizes (4096x2048). The loss in quality is so minimal I doubt you'll notice.

This is unlikely to get updated much.
