Adds an apartment shelter within the apartments map.

Credit to bitbytebytes for removing a lot of headache by helping with basically 90% of the code.

WARNING:

This is obviously a permadeath area! There's an AI spawn point in the stair well of EVERY apartment block - including the one with this shelter. It is NOT on the same floor as the door to the apartment, however you may encounter AI as you come and go.

Future updates:

• Toggle visibilty of furniture in MCM
• Make fusebox work as a storage spot (currently locked otherwise item loss would occur)

Where to find the apartment:

• Non-spoiler: Your friend was meant to visit some time ago, never showed up however. Usually he'd come by bus and gets on the one right outside the block of apartments he lives in - which you remember his apartment is located on the top floor on the most eastern side of the apartment block.

Bookshelf issue:

You cannot place furniture (such as the television) in the bookshelf - this as far as I know would NOT be resolved if the bookshelf was furniture (I think it's considered to be inside the object as if it was a solid block)
If you wish to put the television back where it was originally make sure it's placed in the apartment, exit to menu and then edit the Apartment.tres file under %AppData%\Road to Vostok\Apartment.tres and locate name = "Television" and set the following:
position = Vector3(0.376, 0.685, -2.695)
rotation = Vector3(0, 1.6755161, 0)
