Shows a small hint when entering an area if an event is active. Also allows changing the "success" chance of a given event. Configurable with: Mod Configuration Menu

% Chance of an event is just "success" chance if the given event is picked. When entering an area the game first picks an event from all available events at random and then the roll happens. Only 1 event can be rolled per map session.
This also means that Punisher for example, which is listed as a 10% chance in Area 05 in the Event list, actually just has a 2.5% chance of occurring if all 4 Area 05 dynamic events are unlocked (1/4 chance the game picks the correct event on top of the 10% "success" chance).
Edited event chance will not show up in the inventory Events panel.
Some events happen immediately (i.e. crash sites), others are delayed (airdrops, punisher, jets, heli). By default a time between 0-300 seconds is rolled by the game for these events. This max value can also be configured with this mod.
Compatability: Fully overrides ActivateDynamicEvent() in EventSystem.
