Adds visual gunshot and footstep indicators inspired by such iconic tactical shooters as Fortnite and PUBG Mobile.

Has a few configurable options via Mod Configuration Menu:

• Gunshot and footstep indicator max and min distance
• Indicator icon size
• Indicator circle size

The indicators for footsteps don't display when the enemy can see you. Shooting indicators don't display when the enemy is close up by default. The further the enemy is away from you the less frequently the footsteps indicators update.
