Adds a physical cash economy to Road to Vostok's trading system.

Sell items for cash:

• Select items from your inventory at a trader and hit Sell to convert them into €cash (80% of item value)
• Use your cash balance to Buy items from traders without needing barter goods
• Find Euro Cash scattered in civilian and industrial loot containers across the world

Features:

• Physical cash items - stackable 1×1 inventory items with custom 3D model and icon
• Wallet row added to the Deal panel - shows balance, Sell & Buy buttons
• Cash stat displayed inline in your inventory header (alongside Capacity, Weight, Value)
• Cash spawns naturally in loot containers (1–200€ per stack)
• Drop, place, pick up, and stack cash like any other item
• Dropped cash persists across save/reload
• Cash resets on death (configurable)
• Fully backward compatible - upgrades seamlessly from any previous version

How it works:

1. Open a trader and select inventory items you want to sell
2. Click Sell - items are removed, cash added to your inventory
3. Select items from the trader's supply you want to buy
4. Click Buy - cash is deducted, items added to your inventory
5. Trader tax rates still apply to purchases

Optional: MCM Support

Install the Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) to customize the sell rate and death reset behavior in-game. The mod works without MCM using default values.
