Restores the old Rush icon (which can still be obtained by eating a donut, alongside grit and edge)

This mod works by changing the sprite for Rush, it does not change the textures, which allows you to use this mod alongside mods that change the textures for the buffs, such as Sydch's UI Buffs Icons or CyrilDeRoach Colored Skills and Buffs.
