Adds the old intro as a standalone plotline. Bank roof shootout and scripted turf war not included due to being broken.

When the sheriff cutscene plays, it's over, and you have to use the Restart Campaign button to end it.

Note: Will cause invisible map bug in multiplayer as client. Recommended to remove Campaign mods before joining any Multiplayer lobbies.
