THERES TWO VERSIONS: Normal and the 10 Year Anniversary Edition. Sticker Replaces one of the Racing stickers, and the license plate replaces the common Colorado license plate (obviously) ENJOY!

Go into PitCrew, look at the File Path, and you'll see both of the versions there. To use the one you want, remove the other version for the car. To remove it, triple click the line, press backspace, then press enter.
