Colony Overhaul

Changes Colony to a night time map with a beautiful nebula skybox; adds options for bloom, fog and an additional custom desaturation filter.

Options:

• Bloom, Couple different levels
• Fog, On/Off
• Desaturation Filter, 0%-100%

The desaturation filter is set to 100% in most of the screenshots
