Replaces the fancy vortex shader you see in a couple places, such as the character creation menu, with a plain black shader for ease of visibility.

This is also an attempt test to fix a common issue of lower-end PCs crashing when entering a certain building in the intermission, as it is possible that this is caused by the vortex effect being the main source of problem.

For the people who need this but haven't experimented with modding yet, this (like most other mods) does not disable achievements and does not flag save files as cheated.
