Lets you adjust the maximum and minimum speed of the car in The Highway. The speed of the car gets saved to a config file.
Mostly a visual thing to mess around, didn't seem to change the rate hitchhikers spawned or anything.

Press F6 to toggle mod.

Compatible with Max Speed Mod

Controls:

↑/↓ - Adjust maximum speed
←→ - Adjust minimum speed
Ctrl+R - Reset
Ctrl+1 - Change adjustment step

Configuration:

This mod uses the default MelonLoader config (Glitchhikers - The Spaces Between\UserData\MelonPreferences.cfg).
