Thanks to whammy for discovering these values and documenting how they work.

Fixes the insane Wild Run center of gravity offset height value (CGOffsetHeight) for all vehicles. Now all vehicles are set at 00002041 (10).

Fixes the insane Wild Run JumpHelp values (Spring & Damper) for all vehicles. Now all vehicles are set at 00001041 (9) for Spring and 00008040 (4) for Damper.

Note:
This mod is recommended if you are using the Judder No More (Physics/Camera Juddering Fix) mod. I created this Wild Run physics fix mod because I didn't want to wait for TCU Mod before releasing Judder No More.
