UPDATE - after two years they have finally released the masks officially only 11 days after this mod released, so now not only are my feelings hurt but this mod is now useless

replaces some masks with those that were lost during the Mask Mania event conclusion and still havent been added to the game despite being in the files

Billy Ballistic -> Gearhead Grudge
Mr. Empty -> Cut Ice
Mrs. Empty -> Disco Molly

also replaces the original masks icons and descriptions with those planned to be used for the event masks
