Features :

• Increase traffic density in cities and highways, while keeping it lite in rural roads, and very rare on dirt roads.
• Changes traffic intensity depending on the time of day (New York does not want to cooperate)
• Increases the number of pedestrians.
• Slightly increases the spawn rate of emergency vehicles.
• Allows more time for the AI outside of the field of view to disappear (10 seconds compared to 2 in vanilla).
