Restores Travis Baker, Dollar Dragon and Captain Touchdown as playable Team Members in Multiplayer. Mod can be removed after they've been bought.

Also contains an extra mod to bump up Dollar Dragon's 2nd and 3rd perk levels to 3 since he has the lowest health of all unique team members and a bad perk setup.

Compatible with unmodded/public Multiplayer lobbies
