By unpopular demand (2 people), here's a pretty low-effort fix for the HUD element problems in Operation Falken

• Removed mipmaps (no more blurry HUD elements!)
• Added in some missing icons (you can see the down counter now)
• Moved raid_atlas_menu.texture so it'll actually override the raid_atlas_menu texture in the game

Will I ever update this again? Probably not. But this fix is here in case anyone actually uses Operation Falken.
