Was messing around with mod overrides and found that Akira The Gunkuma Trans Flag mod for PD2 works for PDTH.

So with permission from Akira, I'm uploading it here!!! Please go check out there original mod as all i did was copy the files to PDTH.

Keep in mind you will only see this around First World Bank due it only replacing the American flags. If i learn more about replacing textures, i might add more of them. We'll see.
