WTFBM x Third Person Lines compatibility fix

Its a know issue, that wtfbm and tpl crashes when using both mods, its because they both override PlayerSound:say() function, ive meet same thing, but i need to use both mods, so using my lua knowledge i fixed this, or at least made it not crash the game

WARNING: not sure but mute bain lines might be broken in WTFBM
