port of Luffy's amazing Free Flight Cam to Raid:WW2

set keybinds for toggle (default: F6) & gui (default: F7) in Options > Mod Keybinds

to use the FreeFlightCam in multiplayer host and client need the mod and it needs to be a friends-only/private lobby

controls:
W: forward
A: left
S: backward
D: right
Q: down
E: up
Mouse Wheel Up: increase modifier
Mouse Wheel Down: decrease modifier
F: switch modifer
Left Click: activate action (left menu)
C: switch action

small improvements include:

made FFC toggle and show gui button customizable
starting FOV is now your regular FOV
port to RAID-SuperBLT
