Tries my best to convert the Spearfish 1985 into something akin to the Argus from Black Ops 3. Lacking hipfire spread, but tightens ADS to near zero, requiring precision for consistency and range.
Damage may be too high, if it's stronger than the base Spearfish 1895 then feel free to give me some feedback so that I may balance it, I want this to be a sidegrade, not stronger or worse than the Spearfish 1895.

The mod for the most part works online, however ammo reserve and pickup gets enforced server side, and I believe ammo penetration or damage does too, it seems to kill when it shouldn't.
