This mod is a template.
It doesn't do anything by itself and only allows others to use it to create mods from it.
TTS enemies Voice Lines
This changes all the voice lines from the related .pak file to a text to speech of the event name being played/queued from wwise. For example, if you have the bulldozer version, when he loses his visor, it would play a text to speech audio of "lost visor" or something similar.

I recommend you set your audio settings to:
Master Volume: 100
Music Volume: 0
VO Volume: 100
Operator VO Volume: 0
SFX Volume: 0
Cinematics Volume: 100
I also recommend installing this custom heist (https://modworkshop.net/mod/44111), it's helpful for all enemies (except cloakers)

Huh, guess I didn't explain that, my bad. It just changes all the voice lines, depending on which one you've downloaded, to a text to speech of the event name from wwise
