Due to shortages in SEAF personnel, high command has drafted local police forces into the front lines.

Reskins the SEAF npcs to resemble a generic police/SWAT officer. (Dark blue clothes and black body armor and helmet), does not reskin the corpses

Comes with two options, selectable in the mod manager:

• One has the word 'police' on their body armor and left shoulder (can be hard to see)
• Another does the same as above with the text 'SWAT'
