Changes how the player moves.

• Walk, crouch and sprint speed increased by 1.2x, 1.3x and 1.1x respectively
• Player now immediately goes up to walk/crouch speed when walking or sprinting/crouching
• When player sprints from idle, player starts at walk speed then interpolates into sprint speed.
• Player has slow, interpolated movement when placing objects for better control.
