I'm mainly making this to cover any possible desirable FPS for sub 60, which didn't occur to me till now. I have made available 35/40/45/50/55 FPS all within individual 7z files that you can download. It should work with all emulators.

The following cheats are a tiny modification to masagrator 's original 60fps cheat which was originally posted to gbatemp. I did not make the original cheat myself, only the modification as per the desired FPS. I also referenced the MHGU-Modding Github repo for guidance. Note that the archives you will extract are pre-built, so you do not need to make any extra folders or nested /cheats/ folder.

Caution: Any FPS cheat modification will change damage in MHGU. Watch this YouTube video to understand what I mean. Make sure if you play online that everyone is using the same cheat or no one is so everyone's damage is matched.

Here's a very quick breakdown:
Download and Open 7z
Drag desired FPS folder into 0100770008DD8000 folder
Activate Cheat in Open Cheat Menu/Properties
