Changes the R-63 Diligence Counter Sniper firing and reloading SFX to the Tempus Torrent marksman rifle from Modern Warfare 2 (2022).
The file will give you a choice in the HD2ModManager between Regular All SFX, Regular Firing Only, Suppressed All SFX, Suppressed Firing Only and Reload Only.

Intended to be used with the Tempus Torrent model replacement.
