Tired of button-mashing to get decent fire-rates with this game's extensive arsenal of semi-auto weapons? Just install this, toggle the auto-fire, and all your semi-auto-only guns will now shoot automatically instead (this does not apply to grenades, melee, or weapons which actually have a fire selector mode). It's a little bit slower than the maximum fire-rate, but may still end up very uncontrollable. ymmv. Also it'll reload your weapon automatically once it's empty.
