Did someone say OIL E-710?!

Replaces most super earth flag textures with the US flag on flagpoles, including the one used in 'raise flag' missions.

Goes well with the US anthem flag raise audio mod

KNOWN ISSUES:

• The flag is in a incorrect orientation on one side in the 'raise flag' mission, I do not know why this happens, since the other flags scattered across the map don't have this issue
• some flag models may not be replaced since im still trying to look for them in the files
