Replaces every instance (hopefully) of Zappers in the game's writing with the much cooler Tasers. Intended to be used with Call Them Tasers.
Not compatible with any other mods that replace the game's .locres file

Includes support for Continental Coins as C-Stacks and Colored Skills Description
