Replaces most SWAT units with various HECU marine models.

Replaces the following units, will be shown in images tab too

• Light swat --> maskless guy with helmet
• Heavy swat --> helmet + balaclava guy
• Taser ---> HECU engineer
• Grenadier ---> HECU gas mask unit
• Shield ---> self explanatory

Units not replaced:

• Techie (may change in future)
• Bulldozer (no juggernaut HECU model available)
• Sniper (you barely see it anyways)
• Cloaker (outfit resembles black ops)

Issues:
* Upon death their ragdolls will be defying the laws of physics, i have no idea how to fix. If that bothers you I recommend installing the corpse despawn mod fixed in v1.1
