Adds additional Eugene dialogue only available after you've fully romanced him!

This is for all the Eugene fans who miss him like I do. And also for me. This is self-indulgent.

IMPORTANT
New dialogue will only trigger if you're hurt, dev mode is activated, or you can level up the relationship. The last one is irrelevant in this case, however, since it will only possibly trigger after you're at the max relationship level with Eugene.

In addition, the dialogue is only available in English, seeing as that is the only language I can write Eugene in confidently.
