This mod adds material particle life forms to the game and adds them systematically in the world :)
These critters also spawn on the surface and deep in terrain. Some critters are also shed by certain enemies and creatures.
This mod is purely an aesthetic mod. + the mod has very little impact on performance
Some of these critter include:
Ants:
These are neutral creatures which dwell on the ground!
Fleas:
These are neutral creatures which dwell on stinky creatures!
Flies:
These are neutral creatures which dwell on stinky creatures!
Water Bugs:
These are neutral creatures which dwell in several waters!
Earth Worms:
These are neutral creatures which dwell in the ground!
Spiders:
These are neutral creatures which hang from the ceiling!
Dragonflies:
These are neutral creatures which fly over bodies of water!
Termites:
These can sometimes live in wood!
Plants:
These can grow on the ground!
Mycelium:
These can grow on the ground! (found in overgrown and fungal caverns)
Fireflies:
Critters which move around in spirals and glow in the dark!
Nano-bots:
These can spawn in the Vault!
Souls:
These can spawn in the Magical Temple!
Windy desert simulation:
The sand at the surface on the desert gets picked up by wind making a stormy simulation!
(Can be toggled from mod settings)
Snowflakes and Icicles:
These can be found in cold areas to add to the winter weather!
(Can be toggled from mod settings)
Bubbling Acid:
(Can be toggled from mod settings)
Bubbling Lava: (Disabled by default because it interfered slightly with gameplay)

Heat Shimmering effect: (Made by Thatrius! Based on Horscht's Shader)
(Thanks to Alex for making it specific to hot materials only instead of just reddish glows!!!)
Displays the heat shimmering effect wherever there's heat (Can be toggled from mod settings)
