This is a quick mod to switch the tape you gave to Frankie.

This mod:

• Adds a new dialogue option to Frankie in Town Hall, giving you the opportunity to give her a new tape, and recovering the old one in exchange (without stickers, obviously).

This is a very small mod, so it should not give any conflict (unless you have another mod that changes Frankie's behavior in the Town Hall). Even then, I suggest removing it after its use to be totally safe.
