Pickpocket mission equipment

Allows you to steal mission equipment by pickpocketing enemies who have it, allowing for pacifist completions* of:

  • Clear Skies Day 2 (Enigmatic)
  • Clear Skies Day 3 (Burning Man)
  • Rogues Gallery with all loot

and others

* in theory. I could only do Enigmatic.
