Restore non-grenade equipment pickup by [MJ-12] Majestic-12 - RAID: World War II Mods

Restores the ability to resupply your non-grenade equipment with grenade pickups as it was pre-U22

Known issues:

This is a vanilla "bug", not the mod's issue, but you can resupply your grenades with placed mines (mines and grenades are both labeled as "grenades" pickup).
