PAYDAY 3 literally became unplayable when Houston got released and didn't come with his iconic line...
It has returned and you can once again shout at civs and police to not acdum
Additionally, Houston can also now say "GET THE FUK UP" when he revives you (but is a rare situation)

The mod replaces 5 voice lines and thanks to Superb Soap in the comments for the findings. You can shout Donacdum both in the CONTROL and ASSAULT phase!

IT'S NOT GUARANTEED YOU WILL HEAR DONACDUM EVERYTIME YOU SHOUT BUT ATLEAST IT'S IN THE GAME NOW :P
