this was the first video game I ever played and I'm proud of that
replaces the 'Overkill Weapon Charged/Ready' sound with the level up jingle from mw2 2009
(default version and quieter version is there btw, I didn't really test the quieter version bc im lazy so for all I know it could be inaudible, srry in advance.)
