This mod replaces the SWAT units with the "DRM+Medici Military+Black Hand" from Just Cause 3

Replaces:
Guards
Lead Guard
Light Swat
Heavy Swat
Shield
Sniper
Zapper
Nader
Dozer
Cloaker
Techie/Drone lady

Also replaces the weapons in their hands with guns from Just Cause 3.

Some of the characters don't have finger rigging because I had to rig these all by hand and I didn't feel like going back and fixing some. Maybe one day when I feel less lazy.
